Berenguer Doll 13" Chubby smiling baby toothed blue eyes Made in Spain

This little girl is super cute with her chubby cheeks, and smiling toothed mouth!  Deep dark greyish blue eyes.
One super tiny dot found on right elbow with a magnifying glass.  Two small white marks near belly button - scratches? I don't see any other marks.
From head to toe laid flat is closer to 14" but research shows most people classify this doll as 13"
