Characteristics
Adhesive designed for bonding a wide variety of materials such as hard and soft plastics to surfaces
Forms a strong, durable bond to most plastics, composites, ceramics, wood.
quick drying (5 – 6 minutes) and assembly in 9 – 10 minutes.
Note: Does not work on polyethylene or polypropylene plastics.
Description
Manual :
Protect the work area from any splashes. Clean and dry the surface (no grease or oil).
Prepare: Sand the surface.
Take the syringe. Twist the tip of the syringe and gently pull back on the plunger. Allow air bubbles to rise to the top. Remove the cap from the syringe and set it aside. Push the plunger to apply the same amount of hardener and resin to a piece of cardboard or a mixing paddle. The mixing spatula will come out of the plunger. Pull the plunger to stop the flow.
Replace the cap.
Mix with the spatula provided for 2 minutes until the color is uniform.
CURE TIME: Usable strength is reached in 4 hours at 72ºF (22ºC). Cooler temperatures may require longer set time.
