SawStop PCS 27” In-Line Table Assembly: RT-TGP and Dust collector

I bought this new about a year ago. My plan was to get the router and lift later when I had the money and so I assembled the router wing on my table saw. However, over the past year my situation has changed and it is clear I cannot afford to finish this setup. Since I used the router wing as a normal table extension it has some slight stains. These are purely cosmetic and cannot be felt by hand.
I need to add that the on and off switch went AWOL so it is not included. They are still available for less than and any after market switch should work.
The most economical way to ship this is in two packages, but eBay shipping options are for one package only. Thus, shipping cost for the dust collector, being the smaller package is included in the auction price and shipping you will pay will be for the large box, which is 78 pounds. I am seeing using UPS that the most shipping would be is about from here in southern Oregon to Bangor Maine, being close to the furthest point. I hope that makes sense.
