    Batteries are included and the unit powers on.

    SHIPPING & PAYMENT:
    I will use either USPS or FedEx depending on the lowest rates.
    Payment is due within 3 days of purchase unless arrangements have been made prior to close of auction. I generally ship within 24 hours of receiving payment.  I am happy to combine shipping on multiple items whenever practical. Careful packaging is important to me. In all cases, I cover the extra cost of shipping if it is more than what is shown on the shipping calculator.

    INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: I have successfully shipped to dozens of countries but due to tracking concerns, I only ship via USPS priority international. The exception is Canada where I am happy to ship items (under 4 pounds) via USPS first class international.  Please be aware that you are responsible for all customs fees. Although I usually ship within 24 hours of receiving payment you may experience custom related delays, depending on the country where you reside.
