Function Instructions:
-Record: Send number 555 to alarm phone, begin to record.
-Sound monitoring: Send number 666 to alarm phone
-GPS track: Send number 777 to alarm phone, the phone receive geographic position and map link.
-Positioning trajectory: Send number 102 to alarm phone.
-Delete Memory Card Content: Send Number 445 to alarm phone.
-Reboot the phone: Send number 999 to alarm phone, start success after 1 minute.
-Reset the phone: Send number 444 to alarm phone.
Q&A
Q: Charging without indicator.
A: 1. Please make sure to charge from the power outlet, not by connecting to computer.
2. The SIM card and Micro card must be inserted when charging, only by this the indicator can light up.
3. Please use another USB cable and another adapter to charge the device for more than 2 hours.
Q: The indicator light does not light up or stay on after inserting the SIM card.
A: If the indicator light does not go out, the card is not well inserted and the contact is not good. Try to use an uncut card. If you must use a cut card, make sure the phone card is snug against the device.
Q: Memory card cannot be stored.
A: Please format the memory card before inserting it to the device.
Q: Positioning error.
A: The displayed distance is determined by the signal satellite signal tower. If the distance between towers is far away, it will affect the accurate of the location.

1. All payments must be prepaid before shipping.
2. We only accept payment via PayPal. Please kindly check if you can do the payment via PayPal before placing an order.
Shipping:
1. Item will be shipped same business day if paid 4 pm EST 1 pm PDT
(except weekends and holidays) and shipped from US.
2. Orders from the United States will all be shipped out via starnding shipping or economy shipping. The shipment usually takes 3-7 business days(Saturday and Sunday excluded), if you need the item urgently, please contact us for detail before purchase. Orders from overseas will be shipped via DHL Express, 3-5 business days.
3. Local pick up is not available.
Warranty
. The warranty shall not apply to the following circumstances:
a) Damage caused by undue ware&tear, misuse, improper installation or operation, neglect, accidents.
b) Damage caused by natural disaters, flood, fire, lightning or pollution.
c) If item was opened, any parts removed or repaired by any unauthorized person.
Return
(1).We stand behind our items and offer 60 days warranty. All items are in  brand new condition unless specified otherwise elsewhere in the description.
(2).All returns - defective or otherwise - have to be preauthorized. Please  contact us to get an authorization and returning address before sending the  item back.If an item is returned because of an undeliverable shipping  address, buyer agrees to pay the cost for re-shipment.
(3).Please note that If the return/replacement is not a result of our mistake  (not defective or wrong item), the buyer is responsible for return shipping,  as well as a 20 percent restocking fee.
(4).Replacement or refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item. If  you do not want to wait for the replacement, you can just reorder one and  then send the first one back for a refund.
